CCIM (Competence Center for Innovative Manufacturing) was founded in 2002 as a spin-off from a large national R&D research project on Rapid Manufacturing. Over the last 14 years the company has developed and sold both custom-made and commercial software solutions in the area of 3D scanning, 3D printing and Rapid Manufacturing. The result of these activities is that we have developed an extensive expertise and and business network in these area's. Furthermore we offer a set of ready to be used software technologies that can be used to manipulate 3D scan data into custom-made end user products that can be produced using 3D printing or CNC machining.
The founder and owner of CCIM has been working as expert consultant on Rapid Manufacturing for different innovative new ventures for many years. He worked at the base of the first 3D printers in the world.
